I have take a postpaid connection of reliance Jio having number 8580966869 on my driving licence as address proof .Now I want to convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid .but reliance Jio reject my application saying that date of issue is mismatching as per CAF while I am giving same address proof again that is my driving licence.Reliance Jio store not trying to solve my issue saying nobody help you.
