Please be informed that Signal strength in Wireless technology inherently depends on various parameters like geographical landscape, obstructions like concrete walls etc. network enhancement is an ongoing process and Airtel continuously works on improving the network coverage. We would want you to know that your feedback acts as the roadmap for our planning on network deployment. We would like to assure you that it is our continuous endeavor to provide high quality service to the satisfaction of all our customers. We ourselves are looking forward to provide you our network services at the earliest, till then we urge your cooperation and understanding. Moreover, we tried to contact you on 9953330808 from 8826136567 on 11th September 2019 and 12th September 2019 to discuss the highlighted issue. The mentioned mobile number is not mine and mobile number clearly mentioned in petition. Wrt above I would like to have the following information
1) The details of the signal strength level at Chennai (entire city), Thiruvallur District, Vellore District and Kachipuram District
a. Committed by Airtel to DoTEL
b. Or as per any agreement or licences or MOU
c. As per guidelines or certificate or approval process document by TRAI / DoTEL
2) The details of timeline Airtel set or by TRAI / DoTEL to provide airtel network services as per the reply
3) The details of actions initiated by TRAI / DoTEL to measure / verify / monitor signal strength and / or infrastructure to provide the services as per the agreement / license
4) The details of competent authority in charge for monitoring agreement clauses / requirements and enforcing implementation of service conditions across India and in TN
5) The details of competent authority with whom further complaint be submitted with TRAI/ DoTEL.
