Dear Sir,
I am working in the one of the MNC and taking care of mobile & data card facilities to employees.
I am approaching to you to get the guidance about mobile connection & data card connection. kindly advise whether this should be in the name of employees or company.
few year back, there was a notification being announced by TRAI stating that mobile number should be in the name of user only.
Therefore, in my case user will be employee not the company. Therefore, kindly advise if there is any notification or act basis which i can ensure to make employee as owner of the data card connection.
