I am Jayakrishna Chowdary G (the applicant), seeking the following information (as per the RTI Act 2005) about the guidelines to be followed while setting up a cellular tower on land, in a residential area in a village.

1. Please provide the list of norms/guidelines to be followed to establish a cell tower in a residential area, on land.
2. Who monitors/inspects whether the network operators (or respective owners of cell towers) following these norms or not.
3. To whom it must be reported/complained if the neighbors have any objection on the existing cell tower.
4. Is it mandatory to have a working Aircraft warning light for all the cellular towers
5. To whom it must be complained, if the Aircraft warning light on a cellular towers is not working.
6. Is it mandatory to keep the cellular tower premises illuminated during night times
7. What is the maximum tenure of permission that can be granted for a celluar tower in particular region
