An American company named Starlink (https://www.starlink.com) collecting money in India to provide satellite broadband in year 2022. I want to know
1. DOT has provided any permission for advance collection of money to starlink.
2. Starlink has any type of Licence issued by DOT ?
3. Is Starlink is paying licence fees as UL aggrement to DOT on advance collection?
