I am a filmmaker and currently I am making a film on The 2G spectrum scam that happened in the year 2007-08 in the allocation of 2G spectrum licenses.
We have been doing detailed research about how and why this 2G spectrum scam allegedly happened and are trying to find out everything related to this case. There are a number of facts and evidence floating in the public domain, however, I would like to use the facts provided by the Government of India. In this context I would like to request you to help me with the following information so that we can present only facts to the public of India and the world.
Following are my questions.
1. What were the Recommendations made by the Group of Ministers to the Department of Telecommunications in December 2006 on the allocation of 2G spectrum license? Please share the related documents.
2. What was the report submitted by the Department of Telecommunications on the allocation of 2G spectrum allocated in the year 2007? What are the primary conclusions of the report? Is there a way to access the report? If yes, please share.
3. What was the notification released by the Department of Telecommunications on 19 October 2007 regarding the allocation of 2G spectrum in the year 2007?
4. What were the Allocation Criteria as per the Department of Telecommunications for the allocation of 2G spectrum license? Please share the necessary documents in this regard.
I request you to provide the above mentioned information as soon as possible.
