2. All financial matters relating to finance, billing, telecom revenue.
3. Audit paras relating to Telephone Revenue in r/o PSUs of DoT
4. Arbitration matters related to Telecom Revenue.
5. Budgeting of whole DoT.
6. Re-appropriation from Plan to Non-Plan, Surrenders etc.
7. Preparation of Demands for Grants.
8. Release of fund to C-DOT.
9. Processing of annual plan proposal of telecom sector for its approvals.
10. Processing of five year plan proposals of telecom sector for its approvals.
11. Processing of Mid-Term Appraisal of Five Year plan.
12. Telecom Finance Corporation.
